The International Food & Beverage Forum Restaurateur of the Year Award 
 
The “Restaurateur of the Year” Award was created by the members of the International Food & Beverage Forum® in 1996.

• The Award will be given on an annual basis.
• The Award Winner has to be dedicated to the development of young culinary professionals.
• The Award Winner has to be a role model for young professionals.
• The Award Winner will receive a trophy donated by Villeroy & Boch.
• Two scholarships with the value of US $ 5,000.00 each will be awarded in the name of the Restaurateur of the Year

The “International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame” Award was created by the members of the International Food & Beverage Forum® in 1998.

• The Award will be given on an annual basis.
• A minimum of two personalities will be awarded each year
• The Award Winner has to be recognized for its contributions to the international Food & Beverage industry
• The Award Winner has to be a role model for young professionals.
• The Award Winner will receive a trophy donated by Villeroy & Boch.
• Two scholarships with the value of US $ 5,000.00 each will be awarded in the name of each International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame inductees

The “Wine” Awards were created by the members of the International Food & Beverage Forum® in 2004.

• These Awards will be given on an annual basis.
• The Award Winners have been selected in association with the members of the World Gourmet Club
• The Award Winners represent the best entry of their respective region at the Wine Exhibition of the World Gourmet Summit in North America
• The Award Winner will receive a trophy donated by Villeroy & Boch and a diploma signed by the active members of the Inernational Food & Beverage Forum
• The respective websites of the Award Winners can be accessed through the Wine Award Winners List

The “Restaurateur of the Year” Award was created by the members of the International Food & Beverage Forum® in 1997.

• The Award Winner has to be recognized for its contributions to the international Food &
• Beverage industry or a related organization.
• The Award Winner has to be a role model for young professionals.
• The Award Winner will receive a trophy donated by Villeroy & Boch.
• Two scholarships with the value of US $ 5,000.00 each will be awarded in the name of the Honoree.
