Tartine of Cep, aged Mimolette and Pumpkin

Ingredients for 1 person:
1 small baguette 15 gr of Philadelphia
1 cep 20 gr of aged Mimolette
50 gr of pumpkin Small salad leaves
Olive oil Sea salt Flakes

Progression:
Slice in the middle a small baguette and add some olive oil on the top, pass to the grill.

Slice some ceps and pumpkin flakes, seasoned with olive oil and sea salt flakes.

Put the Philadelphia on the top of the baguette and present nicely the flakes of ceps and pumpkins.

Add the salad leaves and grate some aged Mimolette.
